Our Truck Dispatch Services setup packet is simple. Here is what you need to sign up:

  1. Copy of CDL

  2. DOT Number

  3. MC Number

  4. Signed W-9

  5. Your Active Authority

  6. Proof of Insurance  (1 Million Liability & 100% Cargo)

  7. Factoring Information (if any)

Once you complete the carrier setup below, we will contact you and arrange a time for us call you and get to know you better. So, we can figure out your (Wants, Needs, and Preferences) in order to serve you better.

 

We will then email you a Dispatch Service Agreement along with a General Power Of Attorney (Agent) and you’ll all be set.

 

Don’t forget to attach your MC Authority, W9 & Insurance below!
